Do What You Love and The Money Will Follow

I just received my merit for 2007, and it prompts me from having to starve myself to save up for my trip to Taiwan at the end of the year. However, I still need to continue on living a frugal life and sharpening my cooking skills at the same time, just so we don’t spend a fortune (literally) again eating out like we were of the Trump family.

As I have previously mentioned, I love my job! My current job offers me a great deal of fulfillment and the amount of hard work I put in has been adequately redeemed by all forms of rewards. Nevertheless, the workload has been ridiculously piling up recently, to a degree where I constantly find myself stressing out over meeting deadlines, even in my dream. I haven’t even had time to blog about my birthday last week. :(
Now that I mentioned it…I had a great birthday, feeling all loved and cared for by my family and friends! They are the best and I love them very much! I particularly want to thank my honey for making me feel so special everyday! Oh, how do I live without you…*wink*

To conclude this not-so-elaborative update, I am alive, but am constantly worn out by work. I am looking forward to my last snowboarding trip of the season this weekend, and then it is back to even more extensive projects at work until…probably the end of 2008…go me!

Hi Tiffish. I’m glad you had a good birthday. It’s crazy how much going to Asia costs. Hopefully my family will be able to go back this June for a few weeks. I hope you get to go and see your family. It must get hard sometimes.

Anyway, good luck with cooking! Invest in a freezer. It’s amazing how many things can be frozen, reheated and served right away. It will save you A LOT of time!
